⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had another great experience at Moody’s Automotive. They are locally owned, provide outstanding customer service, and every staff member is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. This is our fourth vehicle purchased from James, and he continues to make the process smooth and stress-free every time. We truly appreciate the honesty and care they show their customers and will absolutely continue doing business with them in the future. Highly recommend!

This is the third car I have purchased from Moody's Automotive, and once again I couldn't be happier. Their customer service is outstanding. They truly go above and beyond to make sure you are taking care of. The process was smooth, honest, and stress-free. I wouldn't be coming back if they weren't doing something right. Highly recommend Moody's Automotive to anyone looking for a great vehicle and even better price.

Bought the car I have been wanting for over 5 years from Moody's and love it. Had a small issue after I purchased it, as is no warranty, yet when I brought it to Tasja's attention, she never hesitated once to find a solution and help me fix the issues. Her and the whole team worked to remedy the situation and I couldn't be happier with the way they treated me and my wife. Will buy all our cars from them in the future. Thank you for a great experience!!!

Buying my car literally could not have been easier. I had a very specific model and color in mind, and James found my dream car at an incredible price! Trey handled all the paperwork and made picking up the car a breeze. My local dealer declined to find this car for me, but James came through. You can't go wrong with Moody's - much better than any of those online no service options or other dealers IMO.

If you know me you know I did NOT want to buy a car. But when Bessie could barely make it to town, let alone anywhere else it was time. Jeremiah Voiles has gotten multiple vehicles from Moody's Automotive so I decided to go there. They walked me through how to get a loan (I never have before) and the papers were signed. My 3rd time driving it as I was about to get on the interstate home in cookeville it started throwing codes, and I was freaking out, I hadn’t even got my offical tags yet! I contact Trey and he suggested a mechanic to look at it that day so I could get home. It’s been a bit or back and forth trying to figure out what was wrong, they took it to a local mechanic and eventually taking it all the way back to the Subaru dealership. The whole time putting me in one of their rentals and when I picked up my vehicle, scared of the price tag on a car I just purchased, it was taken care of! They did not have to do ANY of this, and they went above and beyond. Even though complicated I couldn’t have had a better car buying experience. We will be back for sure!
